It adopt autocut software based on autocad 2004 software, the operator can easily master the skill of programming and cutting.  

High repeat positioning precision,  it also have start point automatic correct function. 

It combine High frequency power supply control card and software control card, avoiding the multiple points problem. 

This wire cut edm machine use Recycling moly wire running system, the wire drum Rotate back and forth. And wire drum speed can be adjusted from 1-12m/s. The slower wire drum running, the better cutting surface roughness can reach. 

Simplify the control board, move some of the function button from key board to software page. 

Use smart frequency conversion system. Wire speed 1-12 m/s, can be automatically adjusted according to processing requirement. 

Adopt a variety of cutting methods, realize multiple cutting of 1-3 times, and enhance accuracy and surface roughness. 

Configure with upper and lower dual wires tightening device, achieving consistence of constant tension for upper and lower wires. 

High rigidity structure of the lathe body is combined with high-grade linear guide and ball screw, imported from Taiwan, which ensures overall quality.
